OneChat Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms govern use of OneChat messaging, stories, file sharing and calling services. Creating an account or uploading user content means you agree to these Terms and the Community Standards.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate account information and promptly secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access.
User-generated content and prohibited behavior
OneChat does not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, targeted harassment or bullying, hateful attacks, violent or extremist incitement, scams, spam, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, or attempts to evade safety controls. Do not use OneChat to exploit or endanger minors, facilitate illegal activity, distribute malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, abuse calling or notification systems, or interfere with service availability.
OneChat provides content validation, user blocking, in-app reporting and administrator moderation. We may remove content or limit, suspend or ban accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these rules or comply with law. See the Community Standards for more detail.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you send or upload. You grant OneChat the limited technical permission needed to store, transmit, process, moderate and display that content solely to provide, secure and enforce the service.
Reporting and blocking
Use in-app Report controls on messages, stories and accounts to flag objectionable content. Direct-message users can be blocked from the safety menu. Reports may be reviewed by authorized OneChat administrators. For urgent safety concerns, contact admin@chat.torfy.com; contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Service availability
OneChat may change, maintain or temporarily interrupt service to protect security, improve reliability or comply with legal obligations. Internet, carrier, device, APNs/FCM and peer-network conditions can affect message and call delivery.
Account enforcement and deletion
Accounts may be limited, suspended or banned for security or abuse. You may permanently delete your account using the in-app or web deletion controls described on the account deletion page.
Privacy
See the OneChat Privacy Policy.
Important: OneChat message content is stored on OneChat servers for synchronization and moderation. OneChat does not currently claim end-to-end encryption.
