Delete your OneChat account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data without reinstalling the mobile app.
Delete on the web
Sign in to OneChat Web, open Settings → Privacy & security → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm the final deletion prompt.
Delete in the mobile app
Open Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
What deletion does
Deletion is permanent.
OneChat removes the account, active sessions, messages and reactions owned by the account, call records tied to the account, push registrations and uploaded files that can be deleted. Shared group conversations may be preserved for remaining members and reassigned when necessary. Limited safety reports, security records or other information may be retained only when required for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal obligations or backup recovery windows described in the privacy policy.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in, contact admin@chat.torfy.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
